Welcome! My name is Andrea Duricova. I used to work as a dancer and right now I work as life stylist and personal trainer at the befine Sports & Spa Club. As a certified personal trainer I have been privileged to help athletes, actors, CEOs and many other people just like you. I like to introduce to you my very special form of personal training. Training should be fun and varied. Therefore I developped the Happy Vitality Training. It’s a holistic personal training form which is looking at all aspects of your personal health and fitness. If you really want to gain more vitality, like to feel and look better in a sustainable way without jojo effects, the only way forward is a change of lifestyle – to a holistic health and training plan which fits your personality.

Berlin can be a stressful environment, and no-one’s saying that you can never have a biscuit or a couple of drinks, but you should be really aware of your actions, and then you’ll be sure that overall you’re moving in the direction you really like to go. Many people don’t understand how important it is to develop the right motivation and to reinforce them and make them ever stronger over time. We should work on all parts of our happiness, health and vitality at the same time to make sure that we support ourselves. Going forward in an intelligent way, we will surely succeed.

In the Check-up we talk about your habits and routines, define your personal health and fitness goals and we do some excercises to check your actual fitness status quo. This allows us to develop your personal health and training plan which of course can be adapted over time.
According to your health and training plan we develop your nutrition plan in order to reduce weight and gain more vitality. You will get tips an recipes for delicious food which you can integrate in your life. Furthermore I will guide you where you can find restaurants and places with healthy food.
The health benefits of Stretching, Pilates and Yoga include e.g. improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved posture, rehabilitation or prevention of injuries related to muscle imbalances, improved physical coordination and balance and increased body awareness, stress management and relaxation.
In these trainings form we work with hanging bands to engage muscles using just your own body weight. By changing the way you angle your body, every muscle can be engaged in a pull or push motion. The simple method of exercise can allow anyone to reach their desired goal, be it weight loss, improved muscle tone or overall fitness.
Do you want to prevent back pain or just strengthen ypor back? With these very effective exercises to stretch and strengthen your back and supporting muscles your back will soon feel much better. We repeat each exercise a few times, then increase the number of repetitions as the exercise gets easier.
Modern massage may range from light stroking to deep pressure. Massage counteracts all that sitting you do, eases muscle pain, soothes anxiety and depression, improves sleep, boosts immunity and relieves headaches. We can do a well or sport massage right after our training or as single massage session whenever you like.
